It’s common knowledge that people are generally moved and more generous when it comes to helping meet the needs of children. However, when it comes to the willingness to give, ‘needs’ are often translated into those things which are tangible or visible. For example, seeing that children live in a less than desirable environment, often incites people and organizations to want to give toward building projects – which are generally needful and helpful. People then drive by and see the nice building(s) and the community thinks the organization has wealthy sponsors. Simultaneously, the daily needs for food, clothing, education, staff salaries, etc. are largely unseen. These ongoing expenses can accumulate quickly, especially for large homes, but offer little of the ‘post-purchase satisfaction,’ that many need.

Therefore, while the need for facilities and structural improvements are present at CCM, we are currently asking that you prayerfully consider helping us meet our daily financial costs and the repayment of credit secured to cover these costs.
